I work for a union-represented job and a lot of shit has been going down lately that people are super paranoid now at work. It stems from one manager who for some reason still has her job. I asked once if I could strike and the union rep said we are only allowed to strike when we're negotiating the contract, which isn't right now.
It's almost impossible to get fired from this job, too, but the structure of the job is that managers are not union represented…
I'm not sure what to do. I guess I just needed to get this out there but also if anyone has advice that would be great.
