So I work at bike store. I’m a salesman and essentially over the summer I was #1 in sales across company board and I talked to my manager regarding more responsibility and what not. Talked a little and he told me that there’s a manager position open for fitness equipment, and accessories regarding bicycles. I happily accepted this and then I was told he would have some sort of training I’ll be working on starting next Tuesday. We’ll it’s currently Thursday and I’ve brought this training up to my manager and he kinda just “forgot” again so I don’t wanna be a pest or anything. Also i make 0 in commission for what I sell and being a manager would put me in position to make commission. Idk what to do im severely underpaid and it’s getting harder and harder to keep my cool
