Antiwork community, how big of a red flag is this?

I've been working for almost a year at a small publishing house, not really on a great pay but at least I'm doing what I love. The only promotion I could get in this company though, would be a management position that requires me to take care of the entire graphic department. I've told them in the past I am interested in this role, but now I've found out that they actually posted this job listing online (I have been looking at other jobs just in case if they don't want to raise my salary in 2 months, since I've heard from previous coworkers they are not really keen to do that). But now let's get to the real thing that maddens me: ME AND MY COWORKERS ARE LISTED ON THE JOB AS BENEFITS (E.g. Benefits: attractive salary package, private medical insurance, NICE COWORKERS, free coffee). How fucked up is…
