I got demoted from manager to keyholder and I’m not even done with training yet.
I got demoted for “excessive phone use” when my work email is on my phone and the area manager texts me on my phone expecting instant responses.
I did not get demoted due to my work performance or anything else. Can I sue? Because it’s a 6$ decrease which is basically putting me back at min wage and I have not even finished training for the job I applied for.
