Do you know all know how I can submit a question to department of labor?

Hello everyone, At my work they are forcing me to accept their health insurance and are only allowing me to waive their health insurance if I am under my spouse’s insurance (which I am not married) or if I am covered my military insurance like tricare. I explained to my work that I can’t afford their health insurance policy and that the last time I accepted it I ended up in $12,000 medical debt which I am still paying off, but they will not allow it. I have normally been getting health insurance through my state which has been cheaper, but they will not accept it. From my understanding as long as I have insurance of some kind I am technically following the law. I want to contact the labor department to see if what they are doing is even allowed. I just don’t know how and I don’t know…

Hello everyone,

At my work they are forcing me to accept their health insurance and are only allowing me to waive their health insurance if I am under my spouse’s insurance (which I am not married) or if I am covered my military insurance like tricare. I just don’t know how and I don’t know if it’s based off of my state?
