There are fascists in every leftist sub trying to convince you to throw away your voice. Do not listen to them. California is decades ahead of the rest of the US when it comes to workers rights. The only reason for that is because people voted, and showed overwhelming support for those policies. If you do not vote, you are explicitly saying that you do not want things to change. One of the most mind-meltingly stupid takes I've seen on here it that of “I'm not voting because I don't support the system.” Guess what? Voting is the single easiest way to change the system. Do not let your dream of “Viva la revolución” get in your own way.
