I have two job offers. One is 5k more than the other and has 14 days paid off than the one that’s 5k less (the one that’s 5k less offers 10 paid days). The thing is, I didn’t get great vibes from the job offering more money. I work in a very emotionally taxing industry and have been very unhappy at my current job. The job offering less money I gravitated to right away. I really could see myself at that job. The other job I left feeling confused and unsure, but I have a family to support and I need the money.
Please, I need some advice/opinions. This has really been stressing me out.
