My right to discuss my wages?

I’m hoping someone a bit more well versed with the labor rights act can help out here. I’m hoping someone a bit more well versed with the labor rights act can help out here. A week during a slow time at work (I work in a Native American casino), we were having a conversation and money talk came up. The manager said that she’s not allowed to talk about that based on the papers she signed. I told her it’s a person’s prerogative not to discuss their own finances, but our employer cannot lawfully prohibit us from discussing wages. She disagreed and said it’s a right to work state so they can fire you for whatever they want to. I showed her the NLRA, where it says even in right to work states an employer cannot prohibit employees from discussing wages. She couldn’t come up with a lot more to argue but pointed out we are on native reservation property (true). I was looking for information that would indicate rather we are covered by the NLRA or not.

Also, another coworker snidely chimed in that they would just fire you for something else and you wouldn’t be able to prove you were fired for discussing wages. How could I answer this?
