over anything, and I mean, anything at all, start applying for new employment IMMEDIATELY. F*** anybody that looks for any excuse to get rid of you and save money on payroll expenses. It doesn’t matter the age or experience on hand, do NOT let anyone make you feel like you’re dependent on them for anything.
My short story has to do with the greedy, unorganized, very temperamental and at-times unprofessional bosses I work for. To make it even shorter, I was told I would be fired if vehicle inspections were failed for any reason, and I’m just considered a detailer. I’m not even certified to perform federal inspections! Soon as they left, I’ve been sending in applications left, right and center on Indeed, as there are a million other jobs with actual benefits, paid time off AND overtime!
