Nobody wants to train anymore

I'm honestly ashamed at how many jobs I've landed just through lying about my experience. But if I didn't, I wouldn't have a job. I would've been stuck in an endless loop where nobody would hire me because I have no experience, but how am I supposed to get experience if nobody's going to hire me? Then, I'd be forced to take the first job I can get regardless of my qualifications to make ends meet. Afterwards, I'd be stuck in that industry because I now have experience in it, even if I have no interest in working there for the long-term. It's a never ending trap. Even for jobs like cashiers or bartending that anyone can do with a little bit of patience and training, they refuse to even just do that and demand years of experience. But even then, every job I've been in, I had to figure most things out on my own, like at my current job I've basically been like that dog holding its own leash as it walks itself the entire time.

So, next time they complain about how nobody wants to work anymore, tell them its because nobody wants to train anymore.
