What do I need to know if I am fired?

I have had a contentious relationship with my employer for the last couple of months. It’s part time remote work with a flexible schedule. For the past year I have been working Saturdays only because I stay home with my daughter. My manager approved my request to work just Saturdays because I am very efficient and good at my shitty job. The week I was set to start the new schedule the manager abruptly left. Thankfully he did inform his replacement of my situation. We then went through a comical amount of managers in a short period of time. We eventually ended up with someone who was very good and I had no issues with the new schedule.

That manager ended up leaving because of the toxic work environment and low pay. Before he left he requested a pay raise for me which was approved.

Of course after he left it was like pulling teeth to actually get the raise. I was told for months that it was an issue with payroll and would be taken care of. In the end I only got half the raise I was promised.

The replacement has been absolutely terrible and we have clashed from early on. Mainly in regards to him asking me to do things against company policy which I have documented.

Between shorter days over the winter, my territory expanding significantly, and a little quiet quitting 🤫 my efficiency has taken a nose dive.

People all around me have been fired and yet I am still here somehow.

I recently suffered a non work related back injury. I did not lie, but work is under the impression that it happened on the clock.

Anyway, I am not interested in going back to working 12 hour shifts with no bathroom break like I did last summer in order to achieve the level of productivity I had hoped would be rewarded with a raise.

Anyway, if I am fired what do I need to know in-order to secure my unemployment? I have saved many emails showing my manager’s incompetence and somewhat hostile behavior.

The truth is that yes I have been working less hours on Saturday, but the main reason my my productivity has gone down is the amount of drive time I have had since my territory was expanded. Which may have been done to create an excuse to get rid of me.
