I was feeling unwell mentally due to stress and other factors. I did not go to the doctor, but I was really unwell for those 2 weeks, sleeping, hardly eating, and suicidal thoughts. My employer is now asking for a doctor's note. Otherwise, I will be 100% fired. I do meet virtually with a psychiatrist once a month and get prescribed medication, but that's about it.
