My own employees are indoctrinated

So a little context, me and the wife started a small arcade in our little country town to give kids and teenagers somewhere to chill out, it isn't much but it has a safe space, 30-40 games and we are hoping to put junk food in soon. At the moment we have 'party packages' so people can bring their kids/friends for a set period of time with unlimited games. We have a party on tomorrow that technically finishes at closing time, but they sometimes go a little over, now that isn't normally an issue as most of the time it is me or the wife doing the party. Tomorrow one of our colleagues is doing it, I mentioned in our group chat that they need to make sure they put any extra time over closing on their timesheet so they get paid for it. They sorta laughed it off but…

They sorta laughed it off but they don't seem to realise that a few minutes a day/week ends up being a lot of extra hours a year. All of them are very young but have already been convinced they need to give a little extra for free….fuck that, you get paid from the moment you walk in until you walk out, never accept anything less
