I have brought up my vacation time once a week, they know about it however they’ve been very weird about it. Today, the day before my vacation days starts.. telling management my fucking vacation is tomorrow and they’re like, uhhh okay we’re gonna make sure it works out!!!
If I don’t get fuckin’ paid out I’m gonna quit immediately, no 2 weeks, none of that – What accommodations have you provided for me leading to this? Nothing. We’re bout to make sure this place really runs lean if I don’t get paid out because it’s not happening.
I bust my ass for many, many call outs with no compensation, being requested to do more not in my job description and also partake in the companies NON-COMPLIANCE to the state regulations.
If my next paycheck is light I’m fuckin’ done. Companies can’t keep fucking doing shady practices to employees.
