A few days after I applied to my job they started offering a $2,500 sign on bonus. My then boss told me about it. She said she applied the bonus to me since it started just a few days after my application came in. 2 months into my employment my boss left. She’s been replaced by a dude with his head up his ass.
My bonus payments were supposed to kick in after my 90 days, spread out between 5 checks. Well I’m about 6 months in & still not one bonus payment. I reached out to our on site HR guy who acted dumb when I brought it up. Like he didn’t even know he did bonus’. When I said how much it was for he just kinda looked at me like I was crazy then he said he’d pass on the message to HR to get it worked out. 2 weeks later & still no payment. Idk what I can do. I’m in a tough spot because that boss is gone now. I still have contact with her. Maybe she can vouch for me but idk if that would even work. I want my money. I was really counting on it.
