Bc I can’t take it. My boss is a jerk and doesn’t know our career field (got hired by the ceo who hired all his friends into cushy jobs before he retired)
Today I was told contradictory things by said boss in one breath. Idk what to do. I try to stay at my desk and trouble shoot and help people and do my best but I am constantly compared to someone who has been there 10 years compared to my 1. I will NEVER be them! I’m not allowed to do anything without asking questions. Even the simplest crap. What do I ask when we all know the answer? I feel like they want me to quit. I came home and put out as many applications as I could. I hate this
