Our workplace needs a labor union to represent us due to a new company taking over and going back on everything they promised during the orientation. (Pay decrease, no PTO for a whole year, no leaving once work is done, etc) They have asked us to “bear with them” for 90 days while they experiment with our pay. We don’t have the luxury of playing games with our paychecks for three months
