Christmas is my favorite holiday. I am always excited to buy, wrap and give gifts. I work in a small firm (less than 40 employees) where i started at the entry level position, and worked my way to get promoted. I’ve been thinking of getting gifts for my coworkers who I directly work with, before and now (since i was transferred to another department), so maybe that’s 3/5 of the total number of employees. I feel bad for not getting gifts for everyone but at the same time, i know we’re not there to be all nice, and at the end of the day, it’s just work. Should I just stick to my plan of getting gifts for people I directly work with? No need to feel bad for others, right? …… but it’s also a season of giving ugghhhhh im indecisive
