NEED HELP WITH COVID PAY

Sorry if this is the wrong place for this but I was wondering if someone could hook me up ! I need a COVID positive test with a certain date written on it / next to it for me to get Covid pay. Is there anyone out there with a positive test laying around that could help me ? Thanks in advance
