I work an 8 hour shift im a factory packaging frozen food in boxes (because i have no prior work experience so my only options are this or unemployment). This is the same 7 second loop of mind numbing physical labor for 8 hours, almost a third of every week i spend in the same spot doing the virtually same thing with no one to talk to, and they don't allow me to wear headphones to listen to music and podcasts. Am I meant to go insane?
