I’m wondering if I need to escalate the situation

My employer keeps telling us we can only take 10-15 minute lunches and if we take longer than 20 minutes it's unpaid and we have to punch out. The law in my my state is super ambiguous and I don't know if I should escalate the situation. MN law says reasonable amount of time for an unpaid lunch is 20 minutes and an unpaid lunch is 30 minutes and therefore a 15 minute lunch is not a reasonable amount of time because half of 30 is 15. They keep sending us emails reminding us and it's super disheartening. We work 10 hour shifts. It's not very nice to deny us a lunch break, because 10-15 isn't enough to take a lunch break.
