editing details for anonymity Hey… so I am new at a job. It seems a bit performative in terms of diversity inclusion — 1 glance at upper mgmt says it all. I thought I was losing my mind the 1st time I saw a Pepe reaction to a post. Figured out how to search the reactions & there are dozens of Pepes. (For some reason my text deleted w/ my 1st attempt at posting this so I will put the screenshot in the comments.) Folks use Pepe all the time in the work chat & I find it disturbing. How do ppl not know that Pepe was co-opted by far right extremists years ago? Is this on purpose? Am I silly to be concerned? Help… what can I do next?
