Vent; Dishwasher just quit, cook got fired for coming in drunk. Management still let every reservation through, 450 people in 3 hours. I’ve been here for 13 hours already and now have to be here another 3 probably. Not to mention I went through this same bullshit, on thanksgiving, Christmas/eve. This industry milks people dry
