Hello everyone I need help to report this job when I leave. I just started this job three weeks ago and it is one of the most unethical places I've ever worked at. I applied to this job for a different position working in x-rays. These people own clinics and research facilities. I applied to the clinic portion and the boss told me that his research department would better suit me and I would be working on research dealing with x-rays. Long story short
I am not working in x-rays and they tried to get me to sign a three-year contract (i did not)
I worked from 730 til 6 and on my check, they put I only work 8-5
No one gets lunch they must work and eat when we are dealing with patients and we still get an hour deducted.
I was told for a freeze we have we here were getting double the pay for those days. we didn't and when brought up they had no idea what we were talking about.
the clinics they “own” have been closed for this whole year but still post jobs. to get people for their research department.
That's just a small bit but I'm sure it's more than enough to report. I need to know how to document this and who to submit it to. I know they'll assume it's me I've spoken up on how if I'm getting an hour deduced for lunch I'm leaving for lunch and many other problems.
