How should i respond to superior people at work talking badly about me so I can hear it and give me indirect criticism and insults.

I’m a cleaner and these snobby people won’t even say good morning to me if I don’t greed them first. They are nice to me but I know they want me gone…. I’ve done nothing but focus on my work and I’ve said nothings to offend anyone. I might seem a bit cold at times but they are not working 12 hour days 5 days a week. I’m just fed up with their bs.
