So my wife was just notified that they may be ending remote work at her job.
They moved it from 2 days in office to 3 and now possibly 5. I warned about the boiling frog story.
Is anyone else running into this? I haven't yet, but they've already had people leave over it and she's on her way out looking for another job.
If it happens soon I let her know that she should tell her boss she'll need 4 weeks to find affordable childcare (LOL that's nigh impossible) since part of her accepting the position was the understanding that remote work would be done.
