I subtly hate but tolerate most things that happen in my career of engineering at big organizations but I just chalk it off to hey I'm just here for the money and I can work remote.
But lately as I go through interviews again to find a new job, it is so annoying how recruiters will lie on job postings that something is fully remote and then after you do the first call it suddenly “was always a hybrid role on the JD” or “you have 6 yoe, the role is only remote for people 10+ yoe”. Tech recruiters piss me off sm, and the worst part is they dont understand why I dont wanna continue in the interview process, like yeah cause you strung me along and wasted my time.
