I have a “technical evaluation” next week after today’s “phone interview”. Apparently it’s open book, open notes, open Google, whatever just can’t phone a friend. 8 questions, no right or wrong, just to test my problem solving abilities.

Honestly the phone interview went really well and I feel confident I’m a solid fit for the job but I follow r/antiwork so I’m remain skeptical. I’ve never had a technical review as part of a job application so I just don’t know what to expect. I’m mid level in my career so I should be okay on the eval but I’m nervous.
