I’m pissed as hell right now. I’ve put up with a lot of shit from these people for far too long. examples include lack of flexibility, putting me on for days I specifically told them I cannot work, rude ass customers, creepy manager, unfair treatment (ex. Got a write up for being 40 dollars short, which also was the same day that they did not give me my balance sheet), etc
They gave me grief when I wanted to shorten my hours a few months ago and I had to pull teeth to get those hours changed. Funny thing is my boss told me I only can pick between either 25 or 21 hours a week, so I picked 21
They had changed my status to short time, and the manager straight up told me today that because I was switched to short time that I don’t get a fucking bonus. I worked both eves and both days so naturally I’d be fucking pissed
I’ve only been there for 3 1/2 months and I’m already done. The amount i wish I could say but can’t right now is insane. But to end it off, I have no idea what I’m gonna do with work now, since I’ll essentially be jobless in 2 weeks :))
