Three weeks here and they tried to have me train someone.

They have me on a probationary period and pay less because of it. Then they tried to have a new guy ride along with me. Nope, left for my work leaving him at dispatch. We will see what happens. Im not trading my labor and skills on a probationary period AND training someone. No communication, no increase to normal pay = No training for new guy, I work my wage.
