Most attorneys work for money. Employees don't make enough money to retain attorneys. Companies do. So what companies have done is, hire attorneys at least once from every employment firm in the state or surrounding states. What this does is it creates a conflict: A firm can't represent you if they have worked for a client in the past or currently.

Another thing is, in order for a claim to be heard with the court, evidence is required. No coworker is going to back you, if anything, they probably corroborate with management in fear they'll lose their job or they are the people that caused you hardship.

The only way it will merit consideration is if you recorded them saying shit or doing shit and posted it on the internet or social media apps. Because although the “LAW” says its preponderance, a 50/50 probability that an employer violated some right, in practice, its above beyond a reasonable doubt. Your work place complaint requires 100 percent certainty more than someone that will be place on death row.

Antiwork. “Laws” are for the employers, not employees.
