Ive left a few jobs prior, but each was for reasons related to moving houses. Id give 2 weeks (or more) advance, but this time I plan to leave effective immediately, purely because of my managers behaviour. Im scheduled for 40+ hours the next two weeks, but I could care less at this point. 17$/h isn’t worth frequent belittling and no affirmation, I wont be using them as a reference. Im going to do it silently, going in early before my shift to hand off my letter, keys and uniform. Just wanted to post because I’m feeling anxious yet free in making this choice.
