2 weeks notice is a sham

As an early career professional, I just wanted to shoutout this community for giving me intel about 2 weeks notice (it’s another example of employers wanting the upper hand) and for all the advice on resignations. I handed in my resignation today, gave my job two weeks notice and they essentially tried to guilt trip me for leaving. By the way, my employment is “at will”, so that goes both ways…. I’m doing them a courtesy actually by giving notice and they’re unhappy about it. I’m standing my ground though, thanks to this community! Worker power
