I feel like I’m underpaid but not sure what to do

So I'm working as a software tester intern and doing manual testing in a relatively small office with max 60 people. I'm earning around 3eur/h (for some reference an average student working in a factory earns around this much as well in my country) I'm working here for nearly a year now, and I was thinking to quit. Is it a good idea to leave my workplace if my biggest issue is my salary and constantly stressing out because of my performance?
