Hey, I came to the USA in the early 90s worked as a loader at UPS at night while at school. It was a union job. Never lifting more than 50lbs. I was paid $9:50 an hour which was a decent wage. In 2023 dollars that is about 18.58. I spoke to a loader a few days ago. They are paid $12. Now they don’t have the 50lbs lifting restriction. Can anyone confirm?
