My office hired someone who isn’t registered in the field I work in. We rotate rooms and she left her paper work on my desk. I saw that she is making the 10% more than I am that I asked for in September and got rejected. She’s not more skilled than I am or work any harder than I do in fact total opposite. Can I bring up that I saw this information when asking again for a salary increase ?
