I am in VA which is an “at-will” state, and my company is trying to force me to provide a reason why I am leaving. I have provided the company with my resignation letter and did take a look at the pre-allocated reasons. None of them match while I'm leaving. I brought this up to my career manager and she stated to just provide one that is the closes. What should I do?
