Are employees protected when they talk about wages, under Railway Labor Act?

Asking because this is applicable to my situation. I work at an airline, which falls under the Railway Labor Act, which is specifically mentioned as not falling under the jurisdiction of the NLRB. I don't see if we are protected from employer reprimand if we talk about our wages amongst ourselves, in that Railway Labor Act? Anyone know anything about this situation?
