An update to the 1 day per 2 week work from home policy

“On a related note, we have had a number of people that are clocking in prior to their commute in, which is fraudulent and a violation of the time keeping policy. The expectation is that hourly Partners clock in when they reach their desk and start to work in the morning unless there are extenuating circumstances (e.g., working on a remote shoot, traveling for a market, etc). Unfortunately, we are now in a position that we need to monitor this each week for compliance.” They insist on calling us “Partners” now. Because that takes the sting out of be a wage slave I guess.
