Hi guys, I hope this is the right place to post this. If not, I am sorry. I started a job in September that made a lot of promises that are not being fulfilled .
Pay structure that was agreed-upon, has been changed, but never brought to my attention directly, only to my coworker who has told me. And they’re trying to play it off like it was always the pay structure, but I would never have signed up for that type of pay structure it’s commission pay and they want to pay me a year after the item is purchased when it was agreed-upon that I would be paid the month after of course the fine print and my agreement I signed says that I will be paying according to the Ven current practices, but the assumed agreement was yet again that The payment would come the month after.
How do I get them to pay up ? I’m owed 17k
