Not sure this is the right place to ask but there’s a national strike in the UK on Feb 1st. They think over 100,000 will be involved.
My senior management have sent an email out requesting us to reply if we intend on taking part in the strike action.
My question is… should I (we) be replying to management. I sort of see this as helping them. Are we obligated to let them know?
From a union standpoint what’s the correct thing to do here?
