WA – Meal Break Violation Advice

Yesterday, as well as previous times before, my workplace has forced workers to continue working for more than 5 consecutive hours without a lunch and 3 of those hours without a paid break. This is in direct violation of 2 parts of Washington State labor laws. Due to my separate schedule, I was afforded a break and, seemingly, cannot report this to L&I as I do not have the proper evidence. Please correct me if I am wrong. How can I report this? Do the affected employees have to report it themselves? Is there anything I can do if the affected employees don't take action under my recommendation?
