I have been with this company for two years, healthcare field, and it has been making me mentally and physically sick. My manager is either unable or unwilling to listen/hear/improve or try to care. Her pretending to partner with her team is laughable and I made sure my (two) other teammates are ready and willing to GTFO/be references/go out for a drink this weekend haha and genuinely seek alternate routes of employment. No matter how scary it is to change – I have to keep moving.
I’ve been applying to other places the past two weeks and have heard back already, I just needed to tell this to somewhere to anyone or to anything. You can do it! This sub has helped remind me 🙂
