I know no one owes me any pleasantries, and I them, it’s a job I’m supposed to just work etc, etc. but after I noticed it more than once, I thought it was strange, cause I’m no more talkative or out of the ordinary compared to my coworkers, and they literally see me, and I work next to the other coworkers, yet it’s like I’m ignored for no reason lol
yes I’m a bit introverted and not someone who walks up and strikes a convo, but there are also other people like me as well yet I get treated differently. it doesn’t annoy me so much that I don’t feel included, but more so but I’m roped into these situation that happen around me when I just want to zone out and do my work lol. Honestly, if the job is bad but the coworkers are cool, I don’t mind staying, but if I feel like I’m surrounded by people who don’t like me, it makes me not want to stay
