Antiwork

Hoping for a civil discourse.

Full disclosure, I'm a 41-year-old man who just recently heard about this term about a year ago. While I understand part of the message, I'm kind of confused as to the end goals of this mindset. Firstly I totally understand the push to move away from hustle culture. Currently I am a nurse who works 12 hours a day 3 days a week, and quite frankly that works for me. I have made the decision to prioritize time at home over working. What I don't understand, and I'm just being honest not trying to be condescending is the notion on here where some people think we shouldn't have to work. Maybe, I'm reading incorrectly, and feel free to constructively let me know what the anti-work movement actually is about.
