What people dont get here is that emploeyers cant simply “pay more”. My uncle owns a business and he pays his employees more than market average, but only slightly more. And as I talked with him about it, he explained that as much as he loves his employees and want them to be in good financial situation he can only pay slightly more because other business pay less thus they charge less from customers so they still got plenty of customers even sometimes customer care is shitty there due to unhappy employes. You cant just simply tell business that they need to pay more. Some of them pay as much as they can.
