I've been applying for jobs since August of 2022 trying to escape my current one. My current job is nothing short of a nightmare, and I've been through the desperation stage already, but I feel like I'm back in that stage now. I applied for a job I was super excited about, wrote a hell of a cover letter, and got rejected. I have no idea what to do. Something's not working, something needs to change, but I'm not sure where to start adjusting/changing.
Do y'all have any general tips or advice on places to look or fields to look into? I'm looking for something that doesn't requires phones and pays 50k. I'm open to basically anything within those parameters.
