I own my own business. I am currently the only worker in said business and I want to hire people for different a bunch of online stuff.
Now what would be the things you would request for it to be a better work environment and allow you to live a good life with it?
My current list is:
Good pay
My issue is I have never held a job since leaving walmart to join the military. So I truly don't know what people would like. For example would people prefer higher pay but no health and dental? Also what are good parameters to put in place so that one day if I'm not directly overseeing someone how can I make sure there is no abusive middle manager?
I know a lot of people on this sub hate the whole idea of capitalism but, I'm trying to make it work for anyone I work with.
