Putting in my notice, unsure which day is my last.

I am putting in my two week notice at a company that is so horribly toxic. My plan is to put it in on Monday, February 6. Does this make my last day Friday, February 17th, or Monday, February 20th? My company won’t pay me for my accrued PTO (62 hours) if I don’t give and fulfill the full two weeks of my notice. Edit: this is what my handbook says with regards to my PTO payout: “To be eligible to receive PTO payout upon termination, you must be employed at least 12 months, must provide a two-week notice, must fulfill (work) your scheduled shifts during that two-week period, and you must not be terminated for cause.” It should also be noted that before I decided to put my notice in I had asked for the 15-17th off to welcome a new member into my family. Edit: this is what my handbook says with regards to my PTO payout:

It should also be noted that before I decided to put my notice in I had asked for the 15-17th off to welcome a new member into my family. They said I could, but I am thinking this would disrupt my eligibility to be payed out for my PTO. Thoughts?
