idk if this is the right place but here go
I wanna know from everyone who put in their two weeks notice if ya ever got to walk out or fire before your two weeks was even up. I heard stories that people got fired or walked out after they put in their two weeks notice because they got a better paying job or left due to the company going down and also a bad workplace environment. I for one am about to put in my two weeks notice because I wanna leave this company but on good terms then burn bridges like my last job at a clinic i work for before i quit and went to this job i am currently work and leaving soon. In the past I have seen people just straight up quit due to the job they hate in my company and some put in their two weeks notices but sometime they work it out til their two weeks was up or just get walk out by h.r. or management.
What should I do if this happens if I am getting walked out or fired after I put in my two weeks notices to the h.r. office. And i am not trying to burn bridges unless I have to.
